Creative Fix Reset Day 4

Building creative momentum

We’re back for Day 4 of the Creative Fix Reset!

Over five days, we are building gentle, sustainable and nurturing creative habits that work in harmony with our nervous systems and our needs.

We do that by following the Creative Fix Cycle:

On Monday, we looked at the Arrive stage, and how we can choose creative activities that match our energy levels and mood, so that we actually make meaningful progress:

On Tuesday, we looked at the Open → Create → Close section of the Cycle, and how ritual helps you build regular habits.

On Wednesday, we ate three oranges… Wait. No, we looked at the Reflect → Integrate part of the process and why we need to take a moment to listen to our mind and our body so that we can tailor our practice to our individual needs, and set ourselves up for action next time.

Today (Thursday - I think that was strawberries…), we talked about celebrating even the little wins, and using different types of reward to maintain motivation.

You can watch the video to follow along with the Creative Cycle and get your own 3-minute creative fix.

If you want the Creative Fix Toolkit - step-by-step guidance on each stage of the Creative Fix Cycle - you can download it here:

Join Day 5

Let’s start a revolution

If this challenge has reminded you how much you have missed feeling connected to your creativity, I’d love to invite you into the Creative Uprising. This 3-week supported programme is designed to help you build creative habits that actually work in real life. Not rigid routines. Not pressure and perfectionism. Sustainable, flexible, nervous-system-friendly ways of creating that fit around your energy, your brain and your life.

You’ll receive personalised guidance, prompts, accountability and asynchronous coaching (that’s support in the moment, when you need it) from me to help you stop constantly “starting over” and begin building real creative momentum. If you’re tired of waiting until you feel more motivated, more organised or less overwhelmed before you create, this is your invitation to begin now.

If you join before the end of the Creative Fix Reset, you’ll get a month’s free access to my membership, which includes a library of creative therapy exercises, creative prompts, creative rituals and tools to support your creative practice.
